Just or Unjust? You Decide!

This doesn't necessarily pertain to our American Government, but what had the world come to where a few college students can't do something fun for themselves and post it so they can share it with each other. If you don't know what I'm talking about, basically 14 people, 13 lifeguards and 1 pool manager in El Monte, California, were fired for posting a video of them doing a parody of the song "Gangnam Style." They weren't even given a warning or anything just fired like that. Later the city gave out a statement saying "There was a clear unauthorized use of city resources and property, including the use of city issued uniforms during the making of this unauthorized video. The city maintains that it holds all employees to a higher standard."  Some of the people fired did not even participate on the video, they were merely in the background, or in the case of the pool manager, he didn't stop the activity to there for he fired. Many of these lifeguards were college students whose only source of income was this job. I believe their punishment was unjust, but that's just me.
